Users can choose specific locations and categories when reporting an issue, and they also have the option to submit reports anonymously.</li>
<li>The "Call 911" button provides a direct link to emergency services for immediate assistance.</li>

The application is designed to function reliably even in areas with weak signal strength. Reports submitted without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity are stored and sent once connectivity is reestablished. To prioritize swift information dissemination, text descriptions are transmitted before photos so that authorities can respond promptly.
