<li>Users can submit photos, short videos, text descriptions, and locations of suspicious individuals or activities through the app.</li>
<li>When using the app, users are presented with two main options for contacting Foothill Transit:</li>

<li>The "Report an Issue" feature enables users to send text or photos directly to Foothill Transit. The app ensures privacy by disabling the camera flash when capturing photos. Users can choose specific locations and categories when reporting an issue, and they also have the option to submit reports anonymously.</li>
<li>The "Call 911" button provides a direct link to emergency services for immediate assistance.</li>
</ol>
The application is designed to function reliably even in areas with weak signal strength. Reports submitted without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity are stored and sent once connectivity is reestablished. To prioritize swift information dissemination, text descriptions are transmitted before photos so that authorities can respond promptly.

<li>BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts: Foothill Transit Watch may display alerts regarding individuals of interest, such as missing persons or children. If a user encounters someone matching a BOLO description, they are advised to contact 911 and discreetly report the sighting using the app.</li>
